The ABCs in Neurology is an event organized by the Association of Sri Lankan Neurologists, and endorsed by the Postgraduate Institute of Medicine, which is focused mainly for the training of medical postgraduates in Neurology. Although the target audience is trainees in Medicine and Neurology, trainees in other specialties such as emergency medicine, critical care, geriatrics, sports medicine and psychiatry, as well as final year medical undergraduates are likely to benefit.
This event will be held thrice a year, under 3 main themes. The themes for 2019 are ABCs in Epilepsy, ABCs in Movement Disorders and ABCs in Neuroinfections. The participants will be awarded 3 CPD points for attending this event of 3hours’ duration from 9 am to 12.30 pm.
No prior registration is required. However, numbers will be limited by the number of seats in the auditorium. Refreshments and take away lunch would be provided.
